The Company’s primary service is steel stud framing with drywall hanging, taping, and finishing (38% of sales). The company also provides patching (36%), drywall hanging only (6%) and other miscellaneous services that include demolition, installing t-bar ceiling grid, painting, etc. (20% combined).

• Low Employee Turnover: The Company values its staff and their experience and that treatment is reflected in a low employee turnover rate. Most of the Company’s employees have been with the Company for close to 20 years.
• Scalable Operating Expenses: The Company has built an effective organization capable of sustaining projected growth. The Company maintains fixed operating expenditures, and future revenue growth will greatly improve profitability. Any increase in revenue will not result in meaningful changes to projected operating expenses.
