We have major Commercial customers and most of our Residential is in the Park Cities area (3 mile radius for efficiency) - both of these are recession proof. While there is growing competition, there is even a bigger demand growth. Plus our customer base is harder to break into. We have a lot of 10 year+ customers.

Growth & Expansion:

We have been focused on our Distribution business so have not been focused on growth, but there is a LOT of opportunity in this market. In addition, this industry is ripe for consolidation. Only a few companies are in multiple cities and Texas is the largest Christmas Light market.
