This is one of two businesses we own on the property. Our plan is to subdivide and keep our event center for 1-3 more years. Although we would entertain a deal for both businesses now.
We built the Mini Golf course in 2006. It was built by Harris Miniature Golf, a well known and respected builder in the mini golf business. Our course consists of 18 holes, is ADA compliant, it has 3 water features and many different shots/holes; over/under, a water shot, a figure eight and two double cup holes. Our goal was to bring a well-groomed natural course with unique holes (shots) to the area.
Our Driving Range covers approximately 10 acres and has 10 covered tees and a large grass area for driving golf balls. The Grass area has irrigation and is large enough to move the hitting area and re-seed. The range can be operated during off hours by a token machine and ball dispenser. We have a 2020 Cart with a 5 gang picker approximately 13’ wide for our ball picker as well as two ball washers – one feeds the dispenser and the other puts balls into the clubhouse.
Water Wars, a unique fun game for both kids and adults, was added in 2012. The objective is to launch water balloons at your opponent and hit the bullseye which sets off a water cannon at your opponent. This is always a huge hit for birthday parties and corporate events. In 2015 we added Our 6 station Batting cages. They are presently programmed as 3 baseball and 3 softball. All equipment is Master Pitch, the oldest and most reliable manufacturer in the industry. All the balls go to a conveyor that picks up the balls and are distributed to the pitching machines. Batting cages are also token based and tokens can be purchased during off hours.
Our newest addition is an outdoor Laser Tag Arena. Our Laser tag has a huge potential which we have not totally tapped into. The manufacturer of our equipment is Battle Company, trend setters in the industry. We have 32 guns and 10 UBOXES which are placed within the field and are used for respawns, a medic box, a health box, a capture the flag box and many numerous other possibilities -all to enhance the overall experience.
We also have a 24’ tall rock wall with euro bungees. This is a portable unit that could also be taken off site to use for fall festivals and the like. Although everything works we have not used this since the COVID pandemic.
Our Clubhouse has Square POS system, a water cooled soft-serve ice cream machine & slushie machine and a flavoring system that allows over 50 custom flavors for both ice cream and slushies. Also a Quick and Crispy which is a commercial air fryer. 400 amp service. Village water to the clubhouse but all irrigation and water to the mini golf and to water wars is off a separate well.
Reason for selling – Health issues and retirement.
It is our desire to sell to a person that will build on what we have built. We realize our lack of time, because we have too many businesses, and our age are holding this business back and it's our hope to sell to someone that will make it flourish to it's full potential. It’s very difficult to even think about selling, but its time.
