Ken Richardson is a results-driven business professional with a diverse background spanning more than three decades. He spent 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where he focused on engineering, operations, and sales. During his tenure, he gained a deep understanding of the industry's inner workings and developed a reputation for his expertise in creating and implementing innovative strategies that drove business growth.

After a buyout in the pharmaceutical industry, Ken pivoted to the commercial real estate industry, where he quickly established himself as a top broker. Leveraging his vast business experience, he excelled in both commercial real estate and business brokerage. He is known for his ability to negotiate complex deals and create value for his clients on both sides of the transaction. Ken is a member of the International Business Brokerage Association (IBBA).

Ken's success in the commercial real estate industry is evidenced by his track record as a top producer for multiple consecutive years. He has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and a deep understanding of market trends, which he leverages to help his clients achieve their goals.

Ken holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in electro-mechanical engineering, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, and is a Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family.
