For 20 years Dennis was the owner of a successful Manufacturer’s Representative agency, serving clients throughout the Midwestern USA, in the custom engineered metals industry, plastics processing manufacturing, injection molding, rotational molding and blow molding fields, and the stamping, castings and machine parts business. Along the way Dennis also owned a microbrewery, and in prior years he was Sales Manager for a distributor of machine tools, cutting tools and industrial supplies.

In addition to being one of the most successful business brokers in the Midwest, Dennis is a certified machinery & equipment appraiser. In 2007, Dennis earned the professional designation of CSBA (Certified Senior Business Analyst) and is an active member of the Society of Business Analysts.
